JUDGMENT
[1]The following claims are dismissed upon withdrawal:a. All claims against the second and third Respondents as named individuals.b. The claim against the First Respondent of indirect disability discrimination.c. The claim against the First Respondent of harassment related to disability in connection with discussions between ACAS and the representatives of the First Respondent during EC Conciliation.[2]The above withdrawals and dismissals have no effect on the Claimant’s claims against the First Respondent including those claims which consist of allegations against the second and third Respondents for whom the First Respondent accepts liability in the event that the claims are proved.
