JUDGMENT
The claims made under the Equality Act 2010 in case number 2500189/2024 are struck out.
REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 27 September 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaints made in these proceedings (ie complaints of disability discrimination) should not be struck out because the claimant has failed to actively pursue the claim and failed to comply with paragraphs 1, 8, 9 and 10 of the Orders made by Employment Judge Loy on 14 June 2024.[2]The claimant has not made representations in writing why this should not be done and has not requested a hearing. The complaints made in case number 2500189/2024 are therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim of unfair dismissal (in case number 2502619/2023 will proceed to final hearing.
