ON LIABILITY AND REMEDY Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is well-founded. The claimant is entitled to receive a redundancy payment in the sum of £3,426.00.[2]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay pursuant to regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant holiday pay in the sum of £2,156 gross (subject to any statutory deductions the respondent may be obliged to make).[3]The claimant’s claim for notice pay is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant notice pay in the sum of £4,620 gross (subject to any statutory deductions the respondent may be obliged to make).[4]Total award = £10,202.00REASONS
[1]The Claimant submitted his ET1 form to the Employment Tribunal on 3 February 2023.
