The claimant’s claims of Disability Discrimination pursuant to sections 20,21 & 26 Equality Act 2010 and Automatically Unfair Constructive Dismissal by reason of making a Public Interest Disclosure pursuant to the provisions of Part IVA & Section 103A Employment Rights Act 1996 are well founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £22,700.29, consisting of the following: Financial loss (net): £13,951.49 Injury to Feelings: £8,000.00 Interest @ 8% on Injury to Feelings award (24/01/22 – 27/03/23): £748.80
