JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s name is amended to Komur Roma Limited.[2]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract brought under the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994 succeeds in respect of the Claimant’s claim for notice pay and holiday pay. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant: 2.1. unpaid notice; the net sum of £650.00 in respect of the Claimant’s notice pay; 2.2. holiday pay, £598.00 for 4.6 days’ pay in lieu of untaken holiday; This is a net award and the Respondent shall be liable to the Inland Revenue for any payments of tax and national insurance thereon.[3]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £1,310.00 relating to 10 days unpaid wages. This is a net award and the Respondent shall be liable to the Inland Revenue for any payments of tax and national insurance thereon.[4]This makes a total award of £2,558.00.
