JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is well founded. The Second Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £587.26.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of breach of contract (notice pay) is dismissed as the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim.[3]The Second Respondent is also ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1040 for its failure to provide the Claimant with written statement of terms and conditions of employment pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002.
