JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for a declaration of unauthorised deduction from wages advanced pursuant to Part II of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £207.50p in respect of unpaid wages.[2]The claim for a declaration in respect of unpaid holiday pay advanced pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £100.32 in respect of unpaid holiday pay.[3]The total sum due to the claimant from the respondent is £307.82 and is payable forthwith. This is a gross sum and the claimant shall account to the appropriate authorities for any income tax and employee national insurance contributions due in respect of such sum when received by her.
