JUDGMENT
[1]It is the judgment of the Tribunal that the application for a declaration of unauthorised deduction from wages in contravention of section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is wellfounded and the respondent is ordered to pay forthwith to the claimant the sum of £1288.82p in respect of unpaid wages.[2]The unauthorised deduction amounted to £1450.00 which had resulted in a sum of £161.18 due from the claimant to the respondent. The said sum of £161.18 is not payable by the claimant to the respondent. EMPLOYMENT JUDGE A M BUCHANAN
