The complaints of Disability Discrimination and Age Discrimination are struck out.

REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £100 (£50 in respect of each of the above complaints) following a preliminary hearing held on 20th September 2021. The Order was sent to the claimant on 21st September 2021.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints of Disability Discrimination and Age Discrimination are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 7th & 8th February 2022 remains listed and will be heard by an Employment Judge (sitting without members).
