JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the claimant for unfair dismissal calculated as follows:- Basic award - £1,485.00 Compensatory award - £647.00 Sub-total £2,132.00[2]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1,188.00 in respect of unpaid wages. That is a net amount and the respondent shall be responsible for the payment of any income tax and national insurance contributions thereon.[3]The claimant’s complaint of failure to pay accrued holiday pay is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £660.00 in respect of unpaid holiday pay. That is a net amount and the respondent shall be responsible for the payment of any income tax and national insurance contributions thereon. Case Number: 2500086/2021[4]The claimant’s complaint of breach of contract (failure to pay notice pay) is wellfounded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant compensation for breach of contract in the sum of £800.00.[5]The claimant’s complaints of unlawful disability discrimination are not wellfounded and are dismissed.[6]The claimant’s complaints of unlawful race discrimination are not well-founded and are dismissed.
