[1]The correct name of the Respondent is The Crown Pub Hawes Ltd (in voluntary liquidation)[2]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction from wages is well funded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1499.94.[3]The claimant’s complaint of breach of the working time regulations (holiday pay) is also well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1915.30.[4]The claimant’s complaint of a failure to provide itemised pay slips is not well founded and is hereby dismissed.
