[1]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract (notice pay) is upheld and the respondent shall pay the claimant £279.14[2]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages is upheld and the respondent shall pay the claimant £159.04[3]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay is upheld and the respondent shall pay the claimant £612.42[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant £558.20 under the Employment Rights Act 1996, section 38 for failure to provide the claimant with a written statement of particulars of employment. This figure equates to two weeks’ pay.[5]The respondent’s employer’s contract claim is dismissed upon withdrawal.
