JUDGMENT

[1]the name of the Respondent is amended to Mr Jack Ryan t/a Save Your Business Money;

[2]the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in the amount of £2,500 in respect of her salary for the month of November 2022; and £350 in respect of the car allowance to which she was contractually entitled;

[3]the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant £2,850 gross, without any deductions for tax or national insurance; the Claimant shall be liable for any tax due.
