The claims of disability discrimination and unfair dismissal are struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £100 following a preliminary hearing held on 21 May 2025. The Order was sent to the claimant on 27 May 2025. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of disability discrimination and unfair dismissal are therefore struck out under rule 40(4) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.[2]The hearing fixed for 3 and 4 December 2025 will not take place.
