JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claimant’s complaint made under section 93 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded in that the respondent failed to give adequate particulars of the reasons for the claimant’s dismissal in the written statement provided in purported compliance with section 92.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £850 in respect of that failure. Case No. 2500015/2023[3]The following complaints made by the claimant are not well founded. Those claims are dismissed.a. The complaint that the respondent discriminated against the claimant contrary to the Equality Act 2010 by dismissing her.b. The complaint that the respondent unfairly dismissed the claimant contrary to the Employment Rights Act 1996.
