JUDGMENT
[1]Pursuant to Rule 52 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013, the complaints of the claimant in respect of unpaid wages and compensation for holiday entitlement that had accrued but not been taken by him at the termination of his employment are dismissed following withdrawal by the claimant. The claimant’s remaining complaint that his dismissal by the respondent was unfair will proceed to hearing on Thursday and Friday 11 and 12 June 2020 or on such other dates as may be notified to the parties in due course.
