REASONS

[1]When the case was called the claimant was not in attendance. A notice of hearing was sent to the claimant who has not informed the tribunal that she was unable to attend the hearing.[2]No reason has been given for the claimant's failure to attend. No communication has been received from the claimant.[3]The respondent is in compulsory liquidation. The claimant has not obtained permission of the court for the claim to proceed.[4]The claim against the second named respondent, Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy was dismissed by a judgment of EJ Howard sent to the parties on 20 March 2018.[5]Having considered all the information on file it is appropriate to dismiss the claim
