[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out on the ground that it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The complaints of unlawful deduction from wages and breach of regulation 10 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 (daily rest breaks) are not struck out.[3]The respondent’s application for a deposit order is refused.
