The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £621.12 damages for breach of contract for notice monies[5]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant £2003.12.[6]The respondent failed to pay the claimant in lieu of entitlement to annual leave and is ordered to pay the claimant £256.00.[7]The respondent failed to comply with a relevant Code of Practice and it is just and equitable to increase the above awards by 10% and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £599.10 by way of an uplift under Section 207A of the TULR(C) Act 1992.[8]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars and is ordered to pay the claimant 2 week’s wages of £572.32.
