JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant's claim that the Respondent had made an unlawful deduction of wages by failing to pay him for 148 hours which he had worked in the period from 21 August to 24 September 2017 in the sum of £1,110 fails and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant's claim that the Respondent had made an unlawful deduction of wages by failing to pay the Claimant for 72 hours he had worked in the period from 25 September to 5 October 2017 in the sum of £540 fails and is dismissed.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £44.66 for its unlawful deduction of that sum from wages paid to the Claimant for work undertaken in the period from 25 September to 29 September 2017.
