Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim succeeds and the remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing. Regional Employment Judge Parkin Date: 18 June 2018[1]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £3,073.84 as damages for breach of contract equivalent to net pay for the first four weeks of the statutory notice period.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the following in respect of his unfair dismissal claim:(a) a basic award of £7,579.50, and(b) a compensatory award of £450.00 in respect of loss of statutory rights.[3]The total sum payable is £11,103.34.
