JUDGMENT
[1]The title of the respondent in these proceedings is amended to Mr A Abadi trading as Lord Recruitment.[2]The complaint under the Working Time Regulations 1998 succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £549.04 in respect of annual leave accrued but untaken at termination of employment.[3]The complaint of breach of contract succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £70.00 in respect of reimbursement of mileage expenses.[4]The total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £619.04.
