JUDGMENT
Upon hearing evidence under oath from the Claimant[1]There shall be judgment for the Claimant in the total sum of £1,317.27, comprising the following sums: Page 1 of 2(i) the sum of £598.76 (net) in respect of 2 weeks’ notice pay due to the Claimant upon the termination of his contract of employment with the Respondent on the 11th August 2017;(ii) the sum of £299.38 (net) in respect of severance pay due to the Claimant under his contract of employment upon termination of his employment with the Respondent on the 11th August 2017;(iii) the sum of £299.38 (net) in respect of unpaid wages due to the Claimant at the time of the termination of his employment with the Respondent on the 11th August 2017;(iv) the sum of £119.75 in respect of accrued holiday pay due to the Claimant at the time of the termination of his employment with the Respondent on the 11th August 2017.
