[1]The respondent’s request for an “extension” to review the claimant’s information is refused.[2]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,350.00.[3]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s holiday pay and is ordered to pay the claimant the agreed net sum of £247.50.
