JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of unauthorised deductions from wages and unpaid holiday pay are well-founded.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation in the following sums: 2.1. £1918.00 in respect of wages 2.2. £ 816.00 in respect of holiday pay[3]It is recorded that these sums have been calculated gross and may be taxable in the hands of the claimant.[4]By consent, the respondent shall make payment of the total sum of £2,734.00 by instalments at the rate of £80.00 per month commencing on 1 September 2018.
