JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to entertain the Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal as it was not presented to the Tribunal within the statutory time limit and it was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented within such time limit.[2]The Claimant’s complaints of(a) alleged failure to make reasonable adjustments in breach of the Equality Act 2010 and(b) alleged post termination victimisation in breach of the Equality Act 2010 and(c) alleged breach of contract/ unlawful deductions in respect of shift allowance payments are dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant. Case no 2423773/2017[3]The Claimant’s remaining claims of alleged disability discrimination arising from his disability in breach of the Equality Act 2010 will proceed to Hearing on 11- 14 September 2018.
