JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant presented her claim of unfair dismissal to the respondent out of time in circumstances when it would have been reasonably practicable for her to have presented it in time, and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claim, which is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim that she was treated unfavourably or less favourably than a comparator for reasons related to maternity or pregnancy was presented to the Tribunal out of time in circumstances where it would not be just and equitable to extend time to the date of actual presentation, and this claim is dismissed.
