Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response to the claims having been presented and on the information before the Employment Judge from each claimant,[1]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the wages of Miss Michael and is ordered to pay her the sum of £3207.75 gross in respect of 3 months’ unpaid wages from August to October 2017, 13 weeks at her gross weekly pay of £246.75.[2]The respondent made unlawful deductions from the wages of Miss Booth and is ordered to pay her the sum of £3257.10 gross in respect of 66 days’ unpaid wages from 16 July to 16 October 2017, at her gross daily pay of £49.35.[3]The hearing listed on 24 January 2018 is cancelled.
