[3]All other claims will be heard on 8 May 2018 by a Judge sitting alone.[1]In breach of contract the claimant was dismissed without notice and he is entitled to 1 week’s net pay by way of compensation. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of one hundred and forty pounds (£140.00) net of statutory deductions[2]At the time of his dismissal the claimant had accrued untaken and unpaid leave amounting to 4.5 days.
