JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal brought under Part X of the Employment Rights Act 1996 was presented outside of the time limit imposed by Section 111 of that act and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.[2]The Claimant’s claims that he was subjected to detriments on the grounds that he had made a protected disclosure contrary to Section 47B of the Employment Rights Act 1996 was presented outside of the time limit imposed by Section 48(3) of that act and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.[3]The Claimant’s claims under the Equality Act 2010, that there had been failures to make reasonable adjustments contrary to sections 20, 21 and 39 of the Equality Act 2010, was presented outside of the time limit imposed by Section 123 of that act and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 March Case No: 2421297/2017
