JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant's claims for a redundancy payment, unlawful deduction of wages and notice pay succeed, and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1,089 forthwith.[2]That sum is made up of a redundancy payment of £408, a payment of £288 for unlawful deduction of wages relating to council tax deductions from the claimant's wage which were not passed on to Knowsley Borough Council, and £393 notice pay.[3]No further judgment, order or direction need be made, save to say that the proper name of the respondent is Bet 0151 Limited 04-01-18
