Upon it being noted by the Tribunal that the Claimant had been sent a Notice of Preliminary Hearing to the address he provided on his ET1 on the 16th December 2017, notifying him of the Preliminary Hearing that was listed to take place on Monday, the 19th February 2018 at 2:00pm by telephone And upon it being noted by the Tribunal that the Employment Tribunal Office had not received any application by the Claimant for a postponement of the Preliminary Hearing and that no reason had been provided by the Claimant for his non-attendance at the Preliminary Hearing[1]PH outcome re case management 2013 rules Case Number: 2421123/2017 IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. The claim shall be dismissed pursuant to the jurisdiction conferred upon the Tribunal by Paragraph 47 of The Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure set out in Schedule 1 to Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
