REASONS

There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked because the matters to which the claimant refers in his letter dated 3 April 2018 were taken into account at the Employment Tribunal hearing. The claimant had a full opportunity to present his claim at the full hearing and all matters were considered.
