JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal was presented out of time on the 31st of December 2020. It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to bring his claim in time. The claimant did not do so. The Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim and it is struck out on this basis.[2]The claimant’s application to amend his claim to include a claim of racial discrimination was refused.
