Miss S Kenyon v Auto Marine Cables Ltd: 2420737/2020
JUDGMENT
This has been a remote hearing which has been consented to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was a video hearing, using the tribunal’s Cloud Video Platform (CVP). A face to face hearing was not held because it was not practicable in the circumstances of the covid-19 pandemic and all issues could be determined in a remote hearing.[1]It does not appear to the Tribunal that it is likely that on determining the complaint to which the application relates the Tribunal will find that the reason, or if more than one the principal reason, for the dismissal is that specified in section 103A Employment Rights Act 1996. The application for interim relief is therefore refused.
