JUDGMENT
[1]By consent the title of the respondent in these proceedings is amended to Cosmetic Beauty Clinic (UK) Ltd.[2]The complaint of unlawful deductions from pay succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,038.75 in respect of her pay for June 2017, save that it remains entitled to deduct £57.80 should the claimant fail to return her uniform to the respondent.[3]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £64.13 as damages for breach of contract in preventing her from working out her one week’s notice of termination.
