[1]The claims against the first and third respondents are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The complaints of harassment and complaints of direct disability discrimination in relation to matters set out in paragraph 49 of the original grounds of claim (other than the complaint in relation to the claimant’s dismissal) are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims will proceed to hearing on 4-7 June 2018 as previously notified.
