JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the following sums:- 1.1. Unpaid wages £60.00 gross. 1.2. Payments deducted in respect of tax which had not been paid to HMRC £713.80 p gross.[2]The claimant’s breach of contract claim succeeds the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant expenses in the sum £288.00.[3]Pursuant to section 12(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 it is declared that the respondent has failed to give the claimant a statement in accordance with section 8, and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant in respect of unnotified deductions the sum of £454.63.
