JUDGMENT
[1]The daughter of the claimant, namely Ciara Mills, is disabled by way of mental impairment within the meaning of section 6 Equality Act 2010.[2]Consequently, the claimant can proceed with her claims relating to disability by association.[3]The final hearing has already been arranged for 11 to 13 April 2023 at Manchester Employment Tribunal.[4]No further order or directions need be made as the necessary orders for the future good conduct of these proceedings have been made by Employment Judge Benson at the hearing on 22 July 2021.
