JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim that the respondent made an unlawful deduction from her wages is well founded and succeeds[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £2952.72 which is the nett sum calculated as owing as wages to the claimant[3]The Claimant’s claim for payment in lieu of holiday accrued but not taken at the date of dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[4]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £364.70 which is the nett sum owed to the claimant as payment in lieu of holiday accrued but not taken at the date of dismissal[5]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[6]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy. The Polkey principle applies to this dismissal to the extent of 100%.[7]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £500 for loss of statutory rights.[8]The Claimant is entitled to a Statutory Redundancy Payment in the sum of £731.06[9]The total amount awarded is £4548.48. The recoupment provisions do not apply to any part of this award.
