Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]No award will be made under Regulation 15 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 unless within 21 days the Claimant has explained why it was not reasonably practicable for that claim to have been presented within 3 months of the transfer in February 2020 as Regulation 15(12) requires.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £376.26.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1255.50.[4]The hearing listed on 27 September 2021 is cancelled.
