JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was not unfairly dismissed by the respondent pursuant to s.95(1)(c) of Employment Rights Act 1996. The claimant did not terminate her contract of employment in circumstances which entitled her to terminate it without notice by reason of her employer’s conduct. Therefore, her claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed.

[2]The claimant was not wrongfully dismissed. The claimant waived her right to a 4-week notice period. Therefore, her claim of wrongful dismissal is dismissed. Judge Cowx 13 July 2022 Case No. 2419680/2020
