[1]The claimant’s claims are dismissed under Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal rules of Procedure 2013.REASONS
[1]This was the second preliminary hearing for case management listed in this matter. The claimant did not attend the first hearing, nor today’s hearing. He was not contactable by telephone this afternoon. He has not been in recent communication with the respondent or the tribunal and has not complied with case management orders made on the last occasion.[2]In the circumstances, I considered it appropriate to dismiss the claim, in accordance with Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal rules of Procedure 2013.
