JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant is given leave to amend his claim to include an allegation of an unlawful deduction from wages/unpaid annual leave on dismissal.[2]The claimant was made redundant and is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £3,000.[3]At the time of the claimant's dismissal for redundancy, he had accrued unpaid annual leave for which he is entitled to be compensated in the sum of £852.60 net of tax and national insurance.[4]Recoupment does not apply.
