Mr A Hussain v Human Appeal UK: 2418794/2020
JUDGMENT
The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 11 October 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal made on 2 July 2021 and sent to the parties on 24 July 2021 to provide a schedule of loss, a disability witness statement and medical records and other evidence relevant to disabilities.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearings fixed for 17 November 2021 and the 8 May 2023 – 12 May 2023 will not take place.
