JUDGMENT

It is the unanimous decision of the tribunal that:[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed. The claimant’s compensation for unfair dismissal is limited to a four-week period from her effective date of dismissal.[2]The claimant is awarded the agreed figure of £500 for loss of statutory rights. And the net sum of £1569.92 (4 weeks at the net weekly income of £392.48) as a compensatory award.[3]The total figure awarded to the claimant is £2069.92.[4]The claims of direct sex discrimination, direct associative disability discrimination and victimisation are not well founded and are dismissed.
