Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages by failing to pay him for two weeks’ wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1300.[2]The respondent was in breach of contract by not paying the claimant during his notice period but no damages are awarded since pay for this period is included in the award for unauthorised deductions from wages.[3]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages by failing to pay the claimant in lieu of one week’s accrued but untaken holiday and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £650.[4]The hearing listed on 4 March 2021 is cancelled.
