JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,092.80, being one and a half times her weekly gross salary for 10 weeks (1.5 x 139.52 x 10) The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2,092.80.[2]The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without giving her statutory notice of 10 weeks. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant damages in the gross sum of £1,395.20 (10 x 139.52) subject to any deductions it is required to make for tax and national insurance.[3]The claimant’s complaint that there was an unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded, as the respondent failed to pay the claimant for six days worked in October 2020. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £167.42 (1.2 x 139.52) subject to any deductions it is required to make for tax and national insurance.[4]The claimant’s claim for three weeks’ holiday pay is well-founded. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £418.56 (3 x 139.52) subject to any deductions it is required to make for tax and national insurance.
