Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The time for presenting a response having expired , and no valid response having been presented by the respondent within the prescribed time limit, It is the judgment of the Tribunal that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £525.44.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the gross sum of £525.44.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1050.88 (this is not subject to any deductions).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £437.86.[5]The respondent is to pay any gross sums less the appropriate deductions for tax and national insurance, if any, for which it must account to HMRC.
