Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The time for presenting a response having expired, and no valid response having been presented by the respondent within the prescribed time limit, It is the judgment of the Tribunal that: The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1279.20, the net sum of £997.77, which sum the respondent is ordered to pay her, and to account to HMRC for the tax and national insurance due upon that sum.
